Hello XC Runner’s!
First off, Happy Thanksgiving this week! I sure am thankful to be surrounded by such amazing and talented athletes! Aviators rock! This week, the workouts will be as followed—
Run #1– Easy 45 minute run. Add in 3-4 20-30 second strides at the end.
Run #2– Find a turkey trot race to run! There is a free 5k at Cory Wride Park on thanksgiving morning that would be perfect! If you can’t get into a turkey trot, get in another 45 minute run on a hilly route
Run #3- 50 minute long run
Oh, and workout #4-enjoy every bite your your thanksgiving feast and enjoy every minute with your loved ones!
