Hello Team!
I hope you have enjoyed your week and a half break from running! I think all of us will greatly benefit from taking 2 full weeks off after State, so let’s continue to rest from running until Monday, November 11th. Starting November 11th, we will start building our mileage back up in preparation for track. Indoor track workouts will start in January. I will post weekly workouts until then for you to complete. We will not be meeting for organized practices between now and January; rather, you can meet with other teammates or complete the workouts on your own. We will continue to strength train during our A4 conditioning class throughout the semester, and starting next week (November 11th) we will also starting building up our mileage again with 3 runs a week until indoor track starts.
